The founding consultants are Mr Nick Percival FRCS and Mr Dai M Davies FRCS and have recently been joined by Miss Caroline Mills a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon and soft tissue expert all of whom are highly skilled and respected clinicians. The consultants are members of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, as well as the British Association of Plastic Surgeons, Hand Society and ISAPS. Nick Percival FRCS

Nick Percival is a trained and accredited Consultant Plastic Surgeon,
working both within the NHS at Charing Cross Hospital and in private practice
at 19 Wimpole St.
Born in Yorkshire and educated in the UK and USA, he graduated from University
College Hospital, Medical School London in 1977. Returning to the USA
he worked as a Lecturer at Stanford University, in California before undertaking
general surgical training at The Royal Postgraduate Medical School and
University College Hospital in London, becoming a Fellow of The Royal
College of Surgeons of England in 1984.
He then decided to pursue a career in plastic surgery and completed advanced
specialist training in London, Wales and Edinburgh, gaining his certificate
of higher surgical training in Plastic Surgery in 1992
.
He is registered with the General Medical Council as a Trained Surgeon
in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Mr Percival was appointed Consultant Plastic Surgeon at The Charing Cross Hospital in 1992 and for six years, acted as the Lead Clinician. He is a member of the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPS) and is a serving member of the council of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (BAAPS)
In addition to his surgical practice, Mr Percival is also Clinical Director of 'Plastic Surgery Partners - Facial Aesthetics' London based in Wimpole Street, a clinic dedicated to state of the art cosmetic rejuvenation procedures including anti ageing skin programmes, injectables, chemical peeling, skin laser treatments and modern minimally invasive surgical rejuvenation procedures.
Mr Percival has a 15-year experience of the use of lasers for skin rejuvenation removal of vascular lesions and was one of the first people in the UK to use lasers for hair removal. He is a member of The European Society for Aesthetic Skin Lasers (ESLAS) and regularly lectures both in the UK and in Europe on the cosmetic use of lasers.
He has worked closely with
Obagi Medical to introduce The Obagi skin rejuvenation programme to the
UK and is the UK trainer for the Obagi Blue Peel. Over the past 4 years he has gained a significant experience in the use
of Botox for facial rejuvenation and has pioneered the concept of dynamic
facial rejuvenation using combinations of botox and dermal fillers to
produce a more natural appearance. He is also an authority on the use
of Dermal fillers often quoted in the press and has lectured both in the
UK and in Europe on these topics.
Mr Percival has appeared on
a number of television and radio, programmes including GMTV, Vanessa,
Kilroy, and Gloria Hunniford, Tonight with Trevor McDonald the Jeremy
Vine Show and is a regular contributor to BBC, LBC, Channel 5 and Sky
News. He is regularly quoted about minimally invasive procedures in the
press both in monthly magazines including Marie Claire, Red and Vogue
and in the daily press such as The Times, The Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph
and The Evening Standard. He has worked as an expert on behalf of Which, the consumer organisation.
Mr Percival was a lead surgeon on television shows such as Extreme Makeover UK, Make Me Perfect and Plastic Surgery School.
In addition to his Plastic Surgery Partners - Facial Aesthetics practice
he also has a cosmetic surgery practice based in Harley St. where he undertakes
a wide range of cosmetic surgery procedures including Breast Augmentation,
Body Contouring, Rhinoplasty and Facial rejuvenation surgery. He is one
of a growing breed of new surgeons who believe in a more holistic approach
to facial rejuvenation, using combinations of surgical and minimally invasive
techniques, which produce more comprehensive and more sophisticated results.
He has a particular interest in modern facelifting techniques, including
endoscopic brow lift, transconjunctival and laser blepharoplasty and was
one of the first surgeons in the United Kingdom to undertake the new Minimally
Invasive (MACS) facelift.

Dai Davies FRCS

Dai Davies was an undergraduate medical student at St Bartholomew's Hospital (London
University) and undertook an initial training in general and orthopaedic surgery
lasting six years before he started his career in plastic surgery. He trained
in plastic surgery at East Grinstead, London Bristol, finishing as a micro vascular
research fellow in Melbourne, Australia. In 1981 he received his certificate of
higher surgical training in plastic surgery and thus he is on the GMC's specialist
register as a Trained Surgeon in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has been
an examiner for many years for the FRCS.
For the last twenty years he has been a Consultant and Honorary
Senior Lecturer in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery to the Hammersmith Hospital,
Charing Cross Hospital and St Mary's Hospital. For many years he was the lead
Clinician for the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Charing Cross Hospital.
During that time he was also the Honorary Secretary to the British Association
of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and a member of the Court of Examiners of the Royal
College of Surgeons. He has in that time been deeply involved in the training
of young surgeons and in the teaching and maintenance of standards in cosmetic
surgery in the United Kingdom
He is a member of the British Association of Plastic Surgeons,
British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the British Hand Society.
He is also a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons
and the Argentinean Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He acts as an advisor
to the Medical Protection Society.
He has published widely scientific articles on plastic and
cosmetic surgery in English, European and American journals of Plastic Surgery
and has lectured in many parts of the world including America, Japan, Europe and
the Middle East. He has also published three books, The ABC of Plastic Surgery
published by the BMJ, Safe Cosmetic Surgery and recently Plastic Fantastic.
Dai Davies’ main interests in cosmetic surgery are
facial surgery, including facelifts and eyelids (he presented one of the first
papers in the UK on the SMAS facelift); breast surgery, with Dr Asplund and Mr
Davies introducing their own technique of vertical scar breast reduction, which
is widely used throughout the UK and USA; and rhinoplasty, where he has one of
the largest practices in the UK, especially for secondary rhinoplasty.
